mountain rustic, modern twist

Nestled in between the river and Main Street, this custom home has a modern twist on mountain rustic. An open concept floorplan was preferred by our clients; the design team was able to deliver a creative, thoughtful design while expanding the square footage of the home by adding a second story. The second story accommodates two bedrooms that take advantage of the beautiful mountain views. The main floor became all open concept for hosting friends and family. Much consideration was taken on the interior finishes of the home to create a warm, textured feel. Finishes include soapstone countertops, oak cabinets and stone.
